Ingelheim (ots) - On September 27.09.2020, 02.45 at 38:38 a.m., a resident from Rheinstrasse in Ingelheim announced that he had heard a loud bang and suspected that there was a traffic accident. The perpetrator had fled. The officers deployed then discovered an accident-damaged Opel Corsa belonging to a 38-year-old Ingelheimer in Rheinstrasse. Regarding the course of the accident, it can be ascertained that the Opel Corsa was properly parked in a parking area parallel to the lane and that the person who caused the accident presumably left the lane to the right and drove against the parked Opel Corsa. In the immediate vicinity, the polluter vehicle, a Mercedes with suitable accident damage, was found parked. Finally, a XNUMX year old could be identified as the responsible driver. He does not have a driving license and denies having driven. Since the XNUMX-year-old was apparently under the influence of alcohol and narcotics, a blood sample was taken.
After the 38-year-old was released from the police, at 05.30:38 a.m., a taxi driver reported that a confused person had kicked his taxi. Before it can then be determined that the confused person is the XNUMX-year-old driver involved in the accident. The taxi was damaged, so that an investigation into property damage was initiated.
Since the 38-year-old expressed that he had lost his will to live and asks for help, he is finally introduced to a psychiatric clinic.
