Unusual theft protection

Kaiserslautern (ots) - ... and then there was the woman who lost her car key in a fashion store earlier this week. It was the only key to her car. Because the car was parked near the store, the 53-year-old worried. She feared that thieves could find the key, and with it her car. But how should she now protect the vehicle against long fingers? The only key is lost. The replacement key comes directly from the car manufacturer and will only arrive in a few days. Thieves could just get in the car and drive away. A solution was needed. So the 53-year-old jacked up her car. She removed a wheel and left the car on the square jacked up until the replacement key arrived. Pragmatic, unconventional and an effective solution for now. | erf
