Due to the successful entry into the first main round of the DFB-Pokal, the game plan has to be slightly adjusted for SV Elversberg in the Regionalliga Südwest. Since the cup game against the second division club FC St. Pauli is to take place on the weekend of September 1th, the league home game against FC Gießen, originally scheduled for this time frame, has to be postponed. The regional league game will take place next week, Tuesday, September 12st, and thus before the official 01st matchday. The kick-off in the URSAPHARM-Arena against Gießen takes place at 1 p.m. - and (according to the current status) also in front of the home fans.
Because there was also positive news in this regard at SVE: The hygiene concept for the home games in the URSAPHARM Arena in the Regionalliga Südwest has been approved by the local police - if the situation does not change due to the infection, the SVE is allowed up to on match days Allow 700 spectators into the stadium, guest fans are not allowed. Corresponding hygiene rules and safety measures must of course be followed, further information on the specific rules in the URSAPHARM-Arena and the exact allocation of places and blocks will follow during the week.
The seats on the main stand are sold out in terms of their capacity in accordance with the hygiene concept, as is the standing block C2. There is still a remaining contingent of 1 tickets for standing room block C40, which can be purchased in advance as season tickets both in the fan shop and in the online ticket shop.
The current regulations for fans and spectators in the URSAPHARM-Arena are based on the SVE's hygiene concept and, above all, on the current availability for major events in Saarland. Changes are therefore also possible at short notice due to the pandemic.
