After the coordination between the DFB, the clubs and the TV production team for the DFB Cup game against FC St. Pauli has been running at full speed in the past few days, there is now extensive clarity with regard to the audience capacity. When SV Elversberg receives the second division team from St. Pauli in the URSAPHARM-Arena this Sunday, September 13th at 15.30:500 p.m., due to the pandemic-related restrictions and the special features of the DFB-Pokal game operations, around XNUMX visitors can be planned.
Despite the fixed quota for DFB and club partners or sponsors and associations, 240 tickets can still go on sale, 100 of which are standing tickets and 140 are seated tickets for the main stand. The most loyal SVE fans have a right of first refusal - tickets for the DFB Cup game can initially only be purchased by season ticket holders. They can buy their cup ticket on presentation of their season ticket and identity card from tomorrow, Tuesday, September 08th, in the SVE fan shop in Lindenstrasse (one ticket per person). Advance sales for season ticket holders will run until this Thursday, September 10th, at 12.00 noon. The ticket prices are based on those for the SVE regional league home games: a standing ticket costs 8 euros, a seat ticket costs 20 euros. Whether you have a league season ticket for a standing room or a seat has no effect on the seat you choose for the cup game or, in some cases, you have to choose. Since the standing room block C2 cannot be opened during the cup game due to the TV production and the corresponding different hygiene concept, only 100 standing room tickets are available in block C1 and thus fewer than for the league games. Holders of a standing room season ticket can therefore buy a seat ticket in the stands for the cup game, for example.
Since ticket sales are now running at short notice and for a short period of time, the opening times in the fan shop will be temporarily extended: On Tuesday and Wednesday the fan shop is open from 10.00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m., on Thursday from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. If there is still a small quota of tickets left, it would go on sale.
Short-term, pandemic-related changes and adjustments are possible at any time according to the development of the general infection process.
