Steven Kuntz will unfortunately leave our 1st team in the summer. Steven will be reorienting himself for private reasons and will likely continue to play football closer to home. A regrettable departure, but absolutely understandable due to Steven's plans. We hope that he can bring the season to an end with our current team - and thus say goodbye more beautifully. We wish Steven, who is a sportsman with a great attitude, all the best for the future!

On the other hand, there is good news to report from our 2nd team. Our former youth player Artur Kosjatschenko (26) is coming back to Franzenhaus from SV Göttelborn. Artur plays in central defense, but has also been used in attack. He has many friends and acquaintances in Quiigart and certainly doesn't need much time to get used to.

We are also very happy to welcome Mert Kislali (18), another newcomer from our A-youth syndicate SG Friedrichsthal, in a black and white jersey next year. Mert is a technically strong offensive player who wants to prove himself in the national league squad. He certainly still has a lot ahead of him and is a kicker that we want to develop cautiously.

Before that we were able to announce the first new additions to the 2nd team with the brothers Michel and Nico Noß (both Göttelborn) and Lorenzo Vivaqua (A youth). Our regional league coach Manuel Dillenburger and assistant coach Yannik Eiler will soon have the entire squad in place and are very satisfied with the state of affairs.

The Wambe fans can be sure to see two strong teams continue to play. Hopefully we will soon be able to meet again on the sports field, healthy and full of energy ⚫(I.e.!!!!
