Sport still not possible due to corona pandemic!
The second lockdown hits us as a club and of course all other sports clubs with full force. No sporting activities have been possible since November 2020 and until at least mid-February 2021, and club life is suspended. Unfortunately, it looks like these restrictions will also extend beyond this date.
All club members are affected, who of course miss their sport a lot.
Responsible action had contributed to the fact that club sport was never a driver of infections, but of course the measures and decisions of the politically responsible were supported with great solidarity.
What the writer of this article misses is a perspective from when mass sport is possible again.
From my point of view, what we urgently need is a strategy on the part of politicians and associations for the reopening, the responsible infection protection, but also all other health aspects considered! After almost a year of the pandemic, enough empirical values are available for a differentiated approach.
Children and young people in particular need their sport again for health reasons. We still hope that you will stay true to your sport and not leave us for lack of perspective!
We had already reported several times on the “Cabin renovation campaign”. The work is making good progress. So you have now reached the painting work. We thank Dirk Daniel and Daniel GmbH for the support of this work
A new ladies' room was built in the outdoor area of our club house last year. Many thanks at this point to the painter and varnisher Ralf Burgardt, who gave us great support with this project.
We would like to thank all the players, coaches, supervisors in the active, senior and youth areas for their loyalty, great support and solidarity in this difficult time. Stay loyal to us and above all stay healthy!
