A prerequisite for implementation is a constant infection pattern throughout Germany and across the country. Then the possible number of people increases in four stages to up to 1000 people outdoors.
The state government announces: "In doing so, the applicable regulations of the statutory ordinance and the hygiene framework concepts of the state government and, in addition, the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute by the organizers and visitors must be observed in order to avoid infections and to ensure follow-up".
The step plan looks (currently) as follows:
- From July 13.07.2020th, XNUMX: 500 people in the open air and 250 people in closed rooms
- From July 27.07.2020th, XNUMX: 700 people in the open air and 350 people in closed rooms
- From July 10.08.2020th, XNUMX: 900 people in the open air and 450 people in closed rooms
- From July 24.08.2020th, XNUMX: 1000 people in the open air and 500 people in closed rooms
Saarland Prime Minister Tobias Hans:We managed to contain the infection in Saarland very strongly. For this reason, with all caution, we will use the new step-by-step plan to provide a perspective for the coming weeks. In this way, we give the event industry and catering businesses in particular the opportunity to prepare accordingly".
Furthermore, the state government announces that if the infection happens against the currently positive trend, "adapted to the position at any time to publish new permitted number of participants or to restrict the number of participants already permitted".
