Together with the supervising lecturer, government director Katrin Henrichs (HdP / Cybercrime & Digital Investigations), Ms. Miftari traveled to Berlin, where she met the jury on 5 February 2020 was able to present her bachelor thesis in a personal conversation. Ms. Miftari was able to convince the jury with the promising topic of her bachelor thesis as well as her committed presentation. At the subsequent award ceremony, which was held as part of the 23rd European Police Congress took place in Berlin, the work of PK 'in Duresa Miftari was awarded the best bachelor thesis with the “Future Prize for Police Work 2020”. Finally, Ms. Miftari was able to briefly explain the particular importance of her work for future police work to the plenary. She explained to the congress participants that SmartSpeaker could continue to replace the “classic” internet research in the future. The police must therefore deal with these new possibilities so that no information relevant to the investigation is lost in the future.
