Saarbrücken-Malstatt (ots) - As part of the general patrol activity, PI Burbach officials in the early afternoon of March 31.03.2020, 15 in Upper Malstatt became aware of two male people sitting on the sidewalk in front of a beverage market and drinking beer. After an initial instruction and reference to the general will, the people reluctantly left the location. During a follow-up inspection (53 minutes later), the officials finally found that both people were back in front of the drinks market. While one person followed the expulsion order, the second person said they would stay. The threat of coercive measures was acknowledged with a laugh. In order to underpin the police measure, the officials pushed the person towards their home address. When the XNUMX-year-old Saarbrücken attacked the officials, the person was brought down and fixed. In the course of this act, the suspect's poodle bit into the left arm of a police officer. This was slightly injured. After the accused calmed down and apologized, he was released and went to his home address.

He must now count on several lawsuits.
