Tholey (ots) - In mid-May of this year, a 63-year-old from the Tholey community was the victim of pickpockets. The injured party was in a drinks market in Tholey-Hasborn in the morning when the two unknown perpetrators struck and took the woman's wallet. It took them little more than 60 seconds to complete their day from entering to exiting. The injured party only noticed the loss when she wanted to pay at the checkout. But it wasn't just the loss of the wallet. Just 10 minutes later, the same perpetrators were able to successfully use two of the EC cards from their wallets at several ATMs in Tholey. The damage caused amounts to almost 1500 euros. After evaluating the video recordings, the police are looking for the following people:
Perpetrator 1: 35-45 years old, sturdy figure, long dark hair tied back in a pigtail, wore dark clothes and dark ankle-high shoes when the crime was committed. Noticeable was a large, gray, hanging across the body, as well as an additional, even larger gold-colored pocket on the forearm
Perpetrator 2: 20-35 years old, slim, long, dark hair tied in a bun, wearing glasses, dark clothes, white loafers, also carried a large, gray bag hanging across her head. A gold ring on the middle finger of the left hand was striking. Please send information to the St. Wendel police.
Photos of the suspects are attached.
