Kaiserslautern (ots) - A resident in Richard-Wagner-Straße alerted the police on Wednesday night. He reported two rioting people throwing objects at cars.

The patrol met two men on Eisenbahnstrasse who matched the description of the resident. During the identity check, the two of them yelled and insulted the officers. After the measure, they were sent off. The 28- and 31-year-old followed this up, but shouted further insults and right-wing extremist slogans when they left.

The men are charged with insulting and using symbols of unconstitutional organizations. It has not yet been determined whether the actions in Richard-Wagner-Strasse caused damage. Any damage to parked vehicles can be reported to the Kaiserslautern police station on 0631 369-2250. | elz
