Driving without a license, violation of the Narcotics Act

Bingen (ots) - Waldalgesheim, June 28.06, 14:04 p.m. A 34-year-old man drove the Rümmelsheimer Straße towards Waldalgesheim too quickly with his Hyundai with Binger identification. The radio patrol car, with the flashing lights and bugle on, had trouble following it. The driver turned into a dirt road in front of Waldalgesheim and came to a stop after about 1 km. The 34-year-old officially known driver could not show a driver's license; this had already been withdrawn from him for a drug-driven trip. When the vehicle was searched, various drugs were found in the trunk. Investigation proceedings were initiated against the driver for driving without a license and driving under the influence of drugs; the 31-year-old passenger, owner of the Hyundais, has to answer for the fact that she tolerates driving without a license. The Bingen police asked for information as to whether there was a risk of oncoming traffic on the route mentioned.
