Last Friday, a 19-year-old driver from Eppelborn and her 20-year-old co-driver were lucky. After a rollover, her vehicle remained in the ditch. In addition to whiplash, the two inmates were unharmed.
The young driver drove the L 130 from Marpingen-Urexweiler with her Nissan, Micra, in the direction of Illingen-Hirzweiler. Due to the speed not being adapted to the course of the lane, the driver turns off to the right of the lane, the car overturns once and finally comes to the end of the accident lying on the roof on the right-hand side of the lane.
The accident resulted in total economic damage to the car, which ultimately had to be recovered by a towing service.
The driver suffered whiplash and was taken to a hospital. The passenger escaped with horror, but was also taken to the hospital with the ambulance as a precaution.
