Kaiserslautern (ots) - During a routine traffic check on Sunday lunchtime, a driver noticed.
When police officers stopped and checked the 33-year-old in Spittelstrasse shortly after 12 noon, the man showed behavior that was typical of drugs. He admitted smoking a joint the night before. The officers therefore took him to the nearest office. A doctor took a blood sample from the 33-year-old; his driver's license and vehicle keys were secured.
The man is charged with violating the Narcotics Act and driving under the influence of drugs. | elz
