Gau-Algesheim (ots) - A 34-year-old from Wiesbaden has triggered police operations several times over the weekend. Among other things, the man is accused of cheating the colliery in the amount of EUR 20 in a restaurant in Gau-Algesheim on Friday and stealing EUR 300 from a waiter's wallet in another catering company that same evening. Around noon on Saturday, the man had a taxi driver drive him from Wiesbaden to Gau-Algesheim and then escaped without paying the fare of EUR 54. As a result, he entered several properties without authorization, but was no longer detectable as part of the search. At around 18:XNUMX p.m., the man again attracted negative attention in a market in Gau-Algesheim and was finally taken into custody by court order to prevent further crimes. Several criminal proceedings are initiated against the man.
